We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, home address, and information about your children (name, age, school, allergies, special needs). We also collect location data during active rides to enable live tracking.
Your information is used to operate the KidoRide platform: matching parents for carpools, enabling communication between parents and drivers, processing payments, and ensuring child safety. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Information about children is used solely to facilitate safe ride coordination. Child profiles are only visible to parents and drivers on the same ride. We take the security of children's data seriously and apply strict access controls.
Driver location is shared with ride participants during active rides only. We store recent location history to support live tracking features. Location data is not used for advertising.
Your profile information (name, approximate area, driver rating) is visible to other KidoRide parents in your community when you offer or book rides. Your exact address is never shared. Contact details (phone number) are only shared with co-passengers on the same ride.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and your children's data are permanently removed. Completed ride records may be retained in anonymised form for platform safety analysis.
